    xbox app "recently played" list never update


    My "recently played" game list and achievement list in xbox app stuck at 09/07/2015 and never update.

    I have waited several days and expect the games to appear correctly but it doesn't.

    Any tips on how to solve it?

    xbox app "recently played" list is broken

    My "recently played" list and achievement list in xbox app get stuck.

    All of my games after 09/07/2015 never showed up.

    I have waited several days and expect the games to appear correctly but it doesn't.

    Any tips on how to solve it?

    Hi All, thanks for reporting this issue. Can you please report this issue via Xbox App (Beta) using the "Report a problem"? This will provide helpful data so we can request an investigation. You can DL the beta version by going to the store on your PC
    and searching "Xbox App Beta". I will call this out in our reports to the developers so they are aware of this issue. If they have further questions we will contact you.

    The list of "recently played with" does not update..

    I have the same issue, the Recent Players list has been unreliable for years but for the past few weeks it only shows players from hours/days earlier. This is not a user issue, it’s on Microsoft’s end and in the past worked fine on the Xbox 360.

    It’s really frustrating when Xbox Ambassadors post the same boilerplate responses to known system issues. Please check it on your console before replying.

    Have you tried restarting your console? If that doesn't work I would suggest contacting support.
