    xbox app "recently played" list is broken


    My "recently played" list and achievement list in xbox app get stuck.

    All of my games after 09/07/2015 never showed up.

    I have waited several days and expect the games to appear correctly but it doesn't.

    Any tips on how to solve it?

    My "recently played" game list and achievement list in xbox app stuck at 09/07/2015 and never update.

    I have waited several days and expect the games to appear correctly but it doesn't.

    You've been using the apps like YouTube and that haven't you? MS haven't made the little picture showing you've used the app which is why it's not showing.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Yup, remote play from any network outside of the network the Xbox is on is currently broken on iOS 16 and has been since iOS 16 beta's initial release.

    The reviews on the iOS app on the iOS App Store are filled with people reporting the same, if you sort by most recent reviews.

    The steps listed by Dérek will have no effect, as this is a bug in the Xbox app on iOS 16, not an issue with the Xbox or NAT configuration, as evidenced by the fact that Android, iOS 15 and below, and Windows devices will be able to remote play from the same Xbox out of network, but iOS 16 fails for those impacted.

    Microsoft has yet to formally acknowledge this in any known issues listings. The best we can hope for is that a fix goes in at some point, versus them continuing to sweep it under the rug.

    The Xbox app on Android is not broken. It just recently got an update for it a few weeks ago. The app works fine on my phone. It must be a problem with your phone or your phone network.
