    Hi,

    sorry to write this here, but I already contacted support and didn't get an answer.

    I'm not able to login on the Xbox app on PC (Windows 10).

    I tried everything, uninstall, restart, delete data, etc...

    Everytime I press "login" nothing happens.

    Can you help, please?

    Just log in on your PC in the Xbox App using the same login information and you will be able to download the game.

    Error code 0x87DD0033 when trying to sign in on both xbox one console and xbox app.

    After changing "Set the timezone automatically" to "On", I was able to login to my account in webpage and xbox app in Windows PC. Will try the same in xbox console as well.

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.
