    I have Done everything possible terminate the app refresh the app reset the app but everything works but party chat it wont even throw my self into a party by my self i have set my date and time and everything but when i go to audio settings it says i need Xbox game bar and i have it installed but it wont launch nothing i have done works and i don't know why i went to regedit and everything if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it please let me know this is for xbox app on pc btw

    You can also check if Party chats work well on the Xbox app on PC (Windows 10/11) or on your phone.

    1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

    2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

    The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press Y on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

    Party chat on Windows/Xbox App still works. An alternative is the Xbox game bar Party.

    To bring up the Xbox game bar, Hold the Windows button and Press "G"

    From there you will be able to initiate a Party and Much more!

    Mic not working in the xbox app and in party chat while streaming

    Same problem here. I've tried my Logitech wireless headset as well as a USB headset. Both work fine in Windows apps, but no mic on Xbox Streaming for game chat, voice messages, or parties. It does seem to work in the Xbox app Parties though.

    I have the beta app v11.11.3013.

    I'm on PC and when I join a party people in party chat can't hear me and there's a triangle with exclamation point in the party chat widget. Gamechat in whatever game I play works fine
    I am running windows 11 and yes the pin trick does work but it is incorrect and inconvenient because it leaves the audio window open an the screen and it gets in the way. when you go back into game you can not move the box. What is the correct solution
