Xbox App Party Chat loud Static

So Ive been using my Xbox App at work on my work laptop so i can still be apart of my friends parties when im at work. everything has been working fine for weeks but recently its been messing up really bad. When i join other peoples parties, I can hear them
fine but all they hear from me is a really loud static that hurts their ears. I can only hear it if one of them happens to be echoing and its a horrible sound. Ive tried checking my laptop mic settings, nothing. Ive tried checking the settings on the app,
nothing. Ive even tried un installing the app, it wont let. when i start my own party, i notice that my little player bubble is already bolded up around my picture. I really dont know what to do, how can i go back to normal?

I'm trying to use the Party Chat on the Xbox app on Windows 10, Everyone's getting loud static. It can't be my mic or anything, because this is a unique problem to the Xbox app. It's extremely loud and I can't find any forum posts describing the same problems.

A corrupted data may cause your Xbox App Party Chat to have a loud static sound. Here are steps on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.





Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Same issues persist after uninstall/reinstall

If I have discord, and Battle.net open would this be a cause?
