    Xbox App Party Chat Error Code: 0x89231806


    This feature on Windows 10 Gaming App is spotty at best.

    I will occasionally be able to join parties from my Windows 10 PC, but lately I will connect and be available, invite a friend, once they connect I will disconnect and get the error code listed in title and it will tell me "due to network settings some party
    features has been blocked"

    I have uninstalled/re-installed teredo

    I have made sure teredo is going with ipv6 and not 4

    I have made sure my IP helper in services is set to automatic and running

    PARTY CHAT ERROR 0x89231806 PLEASE HELP

    when i join a party from my xbox app on my pc i get this error message saying " your network settings are blocking party chat" (0x89231806)
