Xbox App Party Chat Connectivity Issues

Problem: My friend and I use the Xbox Party Chat app on Windows 10 to talk while gaming on the Xbox One. He is a streamer and for some odd reason it is the only way he can have his setup consistently work while using different microphones. It worked fine
for months but over the last 2 weeks or so, I sporadically get disconnected. In the Xbox App I will show as connecting, then after 30 seconds to a minute it will show Disconnected. When I go into the Apps settings and check my network it shows Server Connectivity:
Blocked.

The only way I can seem to fix this is to

1. Leave party

2. Close the Xbox App for 30 seconds

3. Reopen Xbox App and reconnect to party. Rinse and repeat.

In a 3 hour gaming session it will happen 10+ times. I have searched far and wide for solutions to this.

- I have opened up all necessary ports
- I have even placed my PC on the DMZ to make sure the router was not blocking anything
- I have added recommended exceptions to the Windows Firewall
- My NAT type is Open
- I have used the "Fix it" option in Windows Settings under Xbox Networking.
- I have uninstalled/reinstalled Xbox applications
- I have restarted the IP Helper Services, verified IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules, Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Networking Service, etc.
- PC date and time is set to automatic

What else can I do to solve this?

So why doesn't it just pick back up the party chat after and reconnect? Why do I have to leave the party, then close the app and reopen it to reconnect? That makes zero sense.

Hi,

Well The issue could be with your network either it cuts out (receives a spike in packet loss just high enough to cut out communication but not disrupt gaming) This could be because of multiple issues from your Internet Line which is too long to discuss
here. Test it. Monitor your packet loss and network stats while this occurs.

If you see no problems there then it could be Xbox Parties acting up. There are many cases of unexplained exclusions in weird things happening to people while trying to use xbox parties they are very rare happenings and attempt to report said issues directly
to Microsoft/Xbox so they can monitor and figure out whats causing it.

I didnt even know there was a BETA version... I am playing on teh Xbox App that was installed with my Windows 10. It is version 11.11.19012.00000

Randomly again today, My Xbox Finally is seen by the app and I was able to connect. Now The issue is Party Chat STILL does not work. I try to connect to multiple friends and each time it gives me "Your Network Settings are Block Chat [0x89231806]". Well
my NAT settings are open and I can party chat fine from my Xbox... cannot connect to others on Xbox via the app.
