Xbox App or Xbox Beta not showing friends list...

My Xbox App and Xbox Beta app for Windows 10 is no longer showing my friends list on the right panel. Everything else works fine, just says "We are unable to show your friends at the moment. Try refreshing the app". I've been searching around and so far
no answers to this ongoing problem for some. It was working until an update about 3 months ago.

My account status is good, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps, checked privacy settings on Xbox One. Funny thing is that the friends list displays just fine on my Android phone app, even using Bluestacks with the Xbox app installed. I'm botched, can't
figure it out what so ever. Anyone having this problem or could shed some light on this, Microsoft?? Anyone?

Windows phone version of this app does not display correctly when in a skype call

When you are in a skype call, skype has a permanent banner at the top of the screen showing that you are in a call. All apps adjust for this by dropping down below the skype banner so you can still access the menus of the other app.

The xbox (beta) app does not do this. so you cannot tab to messages or friends list while on a skype call.

Please fix it.

 

Elder Scrolls Online and Recent Players List

I got Elder Scrolls Online yesterday and when I checked my Friends List app on Xbox 1's Dashboard, it DOESN'T show the players who I've recently played with from yesterday or today. I've tried refreshing the Friends List app and hard resetting my console
and the Recent Players list in Friends App on Xbox 1 doesn't show the players (recent players I've met) for Elder Scrolls Online. Does anyone know why? The Recent Players list shows recent players I met in all other games. Since I got the game (disc version)
yesterday, I've heard and seen at least 30 people in the game, yet they're not showing up in the recent players list on the Dashboard. PS I'm from NZ.

 

I was reading the reviews on the app itself. This is a known issue. Messages can't be read as well. If the chat heads are enabled and pop up on your screen, you are unable to do anything on your phone until they are removed from view. The app on the PC crashes
when you try to read a message or look at your friends list. Microsoft needs to fix the issues because the app loses what it was made to do and therefore is a useless app taking up space.
