xbox app opens and closes on my linx vision tablet since updating it please help

Exactly the same issue with me. Bought the linx gaming tablet yesterday, signed into the app fine then updated it after the prompt. Now it won't open, just flashes open then shuts immediately

Spoke to Xbox support on the chat and did all of their troubleshooting solutions but nothing works. They just told me they are aware and I'm not the only one experiencing it and that their engineers are working on it. So basically just have to wait for
another update as it isn't going to work until then

The tablet was bought in the Linxvision bundle. But the tablet itself is a vision 8" inch and the model number is vision004.

Are you signed in on the Xbox App for Windows 10? Is your console on the same Network as your tablet?

There shouldn't be any hardware issues streaming to the Linx tablet. I used to own the Linx 10 and it worked fine. My young nephew had a Linx 8 with the controllers and it worked too.

I'm having the exact problem myself. Bought the Linx Vision 8 tablet on Sunday. After doing the updates to the tablet, though it struggled at first, it did eventually find my Xbox in the end and I was playing Alien: Isolation with no problems. Yesterday
and again this morning, i have been unable to get the tablet to connect at all. It finds the Xbox but just won't connect. There seems to be no further windows updates to install either. Seems to be the exact same issue Acie is having above. Has anyone found
a solution to this yet?

If so, you don't use Smartglass to stream your console to this small Windows Tablet, instead you need to use the Windows 10 Xbox App. This App should already be pre-installed on your device.
