Xbox App only showing C: Drive when downloading a game

When I try to download a game, only the c: drive pops up as a option but that's not where I install games, I install them on my D: Drive since it has way more space. I've tried looking it up everywhere and nothing helped, I tried changing the install location on the app itself and in windows settings (through storage settings), I tried going through my WindowsApps. Basically tried everything and nothing has worked, please help me find a solution.

Make sure your hard drive is NTFS formatted, also try to install games through the Microsoft Store app.

Follow these two steps, if one doesn't work, move on to the next.
1. Press Windows Key + i and go to apps, search for ''gaming services'' click ''advanced options'' and then ''terminate, repair and reset. Try installing the game again.

2. Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

“get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

Restart your PC, open PowerShell as admin again, and enter

“start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

The Microsoft Store will open and ask to install Gaming Services, install. Then try installing the game again.

If the problem persists, an in-place upgrade can solve the problem. On this link, you have the necessary instructions.

This worked thankyou! But now when I try to download something on the xbox app, it can only download on my local C: drive, and I can't change it.

I'm not downloading any games on my C drive, I download it on my F drive.

I don't have Windows 11. I am on Windows 10.

It does indeed show a list. But the app states that drive C is to small, and Drive D is unfit for download purposes. Im not sure why because this where all my steam games are too.

Nope, that didn't solve the issue. Still only giving me the option for my C: drive. I should note that the app does show my D: drive in the settings but won't save it as a default installation spot but whenever I go to download a game it won't let me change it
