Xbox App only showing 7 games I own on PC

I own numerous games, with my new PC I signed into the Xbox application and it only shows me seven games, six are variations of mine craft and sea of thieves. I checked my purchase history and it should show all of my games (which there are a lot of) and not only these seven. I am on windows 11.

I followed advice on another post of:

Signing out and back in

Restarting the application

Restarting the computer

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search the Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset > Restart your PC.

I have followed step 4 in repairing Xbox App, Xbox Game Bar, and Gaming Services.

Uninstalling and re-installing the application.

Checking my PC region.

Checking for updates, everything is updated.

I have no idea how to fix the issue, if you have any idea how to please let me know!

Essentially all of them, to name a few:

Oblivion (and DLCS)
Dead By Daylight (and DLCS)
Sims 4 (and DLCS)
UNO
Fallout New Vegas
Skyrim Special Edition
Borderlands 2
Saints Row IV
Saints Row 3
Gears of War (all of them)

There are more missing but these were the most recent ones I found in my past purchase history.

None of these games are Xbox Play Anywhere. Which is why you can't download them for free on your new PC. Most games are not Play Anywhere, so if you want them for PC you'll need to buy them for your new platform. No way around it.

It's likely because the games listed (although you haven't specifically said) will be Xbox Play Anywhere titles.

If you've bought games for an Xbox console, unless they are Play Anywhere titles you'll need to buy them again on Steam, Epic Games etc.

I'm not sure if this helps but all the games I did own I bought on my xbox before moving to computer, this is my new computer but on my old one all of the games I owned were accessible.

If you own the games digitally, then they will show up in your game library on the Xbox app, just make sure you are signed in with the same account that was used to purchase the games on both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store. If you own the games on disc, then you will not be able to get them for PC, as the entitlement is for digital owners only.
