xbox app on windows phone .. problem in starting it

Help please i've been trying all day and pressing "try again later" from time to time.. I just noticed it after updating the app from the store

Note : Im using it on windows phone (lumia 930) and my accounts is logged in from the settings

Profile show case and smart glass issues.

Many people have reported that Xbox One Smart Glass is not working starting January 1st, 2015. Happy New Year! By the way, my friends with Android or Apple Smart Glass app don't appear to have the problem. It appears to be a problem on Windows phone and
Windows 8.1 only.

Xbox One can run Windows 8.1's new universal apps

CAN run. CAN. Not "will."
PLEASE don't everyone totally freak out about this. Understand that there is a "Universal apps" thing Microsoft is working on, to make it easy to develop apps that run across Windows 8.1, Windows Phone 8.1, and Xbox One.
I cannot stress this enough: This does NOT mean that all those apps in the Windows Store will suddenly show up on your Xbox One.
What this does mean is that developers will be able to deploy an app to Windows, Windows Phone, and Xbox from a common code base. They'll have to make the interface different for the phone (portrait), windows (landscape), and TV (10-foot UI). They'll have to account for controllers and Kinect.

Sorry to hear of your frustration! To clarify, when you initially set up your phone, it should have prompted you to accept the Terms then. Did it not? Or did you choose not to accept them?

Also, when logging into Xbox.com, did you receive a prompt to accept them? Nothing came up? Are you using the same Microsoft Account profile at this website that you used to set up your phone?

Thus does include people on Windows phone 10. I have a Lumia 950xl. I started the game Cut the rope on May 1st, have unlocked 16 out of achievements. They show up on T.A and the xbox 360 achievement list but not the Xbox One or Xbox app.

this is not the same problem. Those are limitations of the apps. They haven't shown Windows Phone gamerscore for a long time. If the achievements show on TA and Xbox 360, they're on your profile.

There is a Xbox One SmartGlass app on the store. Believe it needs a Windows 8 phone to run though. I had similar problems with the original app.
