Xbox app on windows 11 won't load

Then why advertise it as a feature. The Xbox app itself won't load, how is anyone supposed to play anything offline. It work 3 years ago. I'm gonna guess this is a Windows 11 bug. My windows 10 desktop works fine but, the laptop on windows 11 won't.

As i mentioned that's not allowed by the terms of service, if the services or apps are not allowed on the region you are you should wait until they become available,

In this case to access the game pass service you need to set your PC and account on the proper region and get the service from that region

Your allowed to change region on Xbox so you would think it would be same on Pc, i would try paying with Paypal when your set to US, that is what us Xbox people do

Ok, but you did it trough a different region, as you mentioned you used your cars set on USA that means your settings must be on a different region and that's why you have issues, you can also have more support on the Insider support Reddit

there is no paypal option. also it does load when change region. but it just load and nothing else, you can't download anything. i tried download some game pass games through microsoft store and it work just fine but most of the games requires Xbox app.
