Xbox App on Windows 10 will not recognize my ultimate subscption

So I seem to be having trouble with the last update. I have the XBox app on my PC, but it stated that my store account was different than my xbox account and asked me if I wanted to switch it. I attempted to do so, but it seems my PC is no longer recognized by my account.

I have xbox ultimate and it should allow me to choose xbox game pass games, but it is not. It is stating that I need to purchase ultimate, when I already have it.

I ended up removing and unlinking my PC from my account, but now I can not find the way to add it. It just doesn't have the option to do so.

I can log into my account on the xbox app, but it keeps stating in the pop up that my store account differs form my xbox account.

I've downloaded and played Sea of Thieves, so I know it works, but it just won't let me download any other gamepass games.

Got it. About you have removed the PC from your device list would not imply in this case.

What happens when you try to log in with your account on the Xbox app?

So far this seems to be working, though the program didn't allow me to log into my xbox live account. Said there were problems with the account. Let me try a few more things. We're definitely making progress. It only had the problem signing into the account from the xbox app. This may be tied to the fact that I deleted the computer from the xbox account online. I'll keep you posted.

Does the same happen if you try to download the game from the Microsoft Store app?
