    Xbox App on Windows 10 randomly crashes


    So I have been using the Windows 10 Xbox App for a long time now, and within the past couple months the app just randomly crashes on both the regular and beta versions. It will be fine for awhile, but then it will crash. It gets annoying because I use it
    to communicate with my friends on Xbox while I play games on my PC. I have tried to look up fixes, but none of them have worked. I really want this to get fixed, and have been a Microsoft customer for a long time now.

    Hopefully I can actually get a solution instead of some automated answer for troubleshooting.

    Like it says in the title the Xbox app crashes when clicking on settings on Windows 10.

    Hello, I'm unable to upload and share edited Game DVR clips in the Xbox App on Windows 10 to Xbox Live. App crashes each time 99 % of the clip is uploaded.

    Can't access messages

    I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

    Hexic Crashing

    Yep I'm also having the issue of it randomly crashing when I complete a level, Windows 10 upgrade, I tried reinstalling hexic I got all my lives back but it didn't help as it crashed again I tried restarting my pc but no luck.

    Streaming disconnects is a different issue (there are other threads for that). We're investigating those, too.

    For the issue here, is anyone still seeing crashes when Party Invites are received (you shouldn't).
