Xbox App on Windows 10, not connected to internet when trying to sign in

I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having with
signing
into the Xbox app on Windows 10. As a final step, try
removing the Microsoft account by going to Settings, selecting
Accounts, and then selecting
remove
next to the account. Then re-add the account from the account picker when you sign
into the Xbox app.



Also, please go to
Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer


What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity?

Same issue as the rest of you. I am trying to connect using Windows 10 laptop (version 1709 and connected ehternet) and Windows 10 Surface (versión 1709 and connected wifi). My Xbox 360 is connected to the internet via Ethernet. The 360 Smartglass
app will bring up my profile but will not connect to my Xbox 360 (console settings allows for Smartglass connectivity)

Have you been able to sign into Microsoft Account Site? Give it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes. You may also want to try unplugging your network hardware and PC for 5 minutes and try again .
