    Xbox App on Windows 10 Loads Forever


    Ever since I restarted my PC about a week ago the Xbox App gets stuck loading forever whenever I launch it, it stays on this black screen until I close the app:

    The app was working fine before the restart and I regularly used it to play game pass games. I have tried repairing it and resetting it in the settings, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it in the Windows App Store, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Gaming services, and I have updated windows all to no avail.

    I went into Event Viewer and noticed 2 errors were happening when I launched the app:

    Hi Arturo, I followed the steps but sadly it did not fix my issue, the same thing is still occurring where it just sits on the black loading screen forever.

    Step 1. Search "Services" by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

    IP Helper
    Xbox Live Auth Manager
    Xbox Live Game Save
    Xbox Live Networking Service
    Gaming Services

    Step 2. For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
    In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

    If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

    Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

    It was 2 or 3 years ago so I may not remember perfectly but i'm pretty sure I wiped my pc fully and reinstalled from a USB.
