Xbox app on Windows 10 doesn't uninstall games properly.
They disappear from the app and from the list of applications installed on the pc, but they are still using disk space, and you can find their files in your computer.

For example. I uninstalled Prey last week, but there are files in D:\WindowsApps\BethesdaSoftworks.LiluDallas-Multipass_1.11.7.0_x64__3275kfvn8vcwc occuping like 40gb.

But now, I can't delete it manually because they ask for permisions. It's very anoying that you can't install and uninstall games normally like other platform, and this files are hidden or protected making a lot of troubles.

Hi, I have read through your post and fully understand your situation and the Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

I would recommend passing this info on to Microsoft, this app still being in beta, problems will occur and more info we can provide them on problems the faster the fixes come for the app.

Your solution doesn't even tell anyone how to even to reinstall the app via PS.

Hello Buszi,

Thanks for keeping us updated. We recommend manually logging off of both the Xbox companion app and windows. Afterwards, power cycle your PC and then re-sign into windows and then the xbox app. Launch Minecraft and then let us know the results.
