Xbox app on windows 10 does not let me sign in

Hi, Whenever I open the xbox app on my win 10 computer it shows me being signed in but immediately kicks me out of the account and when I go to sign in again it just never shows me a sign-in box, this has been happening for the last 2 months and makes me unable to use the xbox game pass that I want to pay for,

The games that I had installed before this started happening verify my account correctly and let me play them but if I can't login to the xbox app, then I can't play any of the available games on the xbox app through gamepass that i don't have installed.

I've tried resetting the app and reinstalling it but to no avail, not even app updates have fixed this issue for me. any help on this or will I forever be unable to use my xbox app again?

In this case the best option is use the recently created user.

You can sign in with your account there and if I recall correctly , when you install an app available in the other account, you don't need to redownload it again.

Once you transfer your files to the other user you can delete the corrupted

I have now waited through the in-place upgrade with no success on the xbox app bug and sfc /scannow seemed to find corruptions on my system but nothing helped there with the bug either, so I'm completely out of ideas on what to do now as I don't feel like resetting my computer installation

Exists the possibility that your main user is corrupted.

You can try to fix this corruption trying one of the next:

1. Run the SFC tool to find and repair possible system corruptions

I tried to clean boot the pc to no avail however while creating a new user didn't have the bug on that user but still getting the bug on my main user on my computer, and I'm using windows 10 on my computer
