    Xbox app on win10 says I need an adult to download


    Although I've been accused of being juvenile many times I am well above 18 or even 21. The Microsoft account tied to my Xbox Live account has my correct birth date. When I try to download a game through the Xbox app on PC I get a pop-up telling me that I
    need to get an adult to log on to download the game. How can I fix this?

    The account is an "adult" in the settings and is the organizer for my family group. I do not have any problems with restrictions on my Xbox console and it will allow me to download the title in question (MW5) through the Microsoft Store. I am currently subscribed
    to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and the account is in good standing.

    The download is in progress from the Microsoft Store so I'm not sure if it will restrict me from playing it because somehow Microsoft is aware of my childish tendencies.

    Hold on, I just thought to download the app from xbox.com. No problems with that, except that it says that I need to update to win10 1903. And my version of windows says that it is 1903. So I guess i'll find a different thread then for that.

    Download the "xbox App" for Win10 in the Microsoft shop.

    Come on, that could have been announced somewhere!?

    But still need support for the cancellation of the Game Pass order thing, please...
