Xbox app on phone not working

    Xbox app on phone not working


    I dont have a memory card so i uninstall the xbox app to make room for something else then when finished with that i go to reinstall the xbox one app on my phone from google play now all of a sudden the app is no longer compatible with my phone ive been
    dam using it i used it few days ago now it wont let me reinstall it cause google play says it not compatible

    Im real cross now i can no longer have a custom gamer pic on my profile all because the app no longer works

    Happy to look into that with you, can you tell us what mobile device you are having issues with currently?

    Are you seeing the same issues with the app on any other device or just the mobile device, and do you see the same message with every friend?

    Why is the Xbox App Still Broken After All These Years?!

    The Xbox app on Android is not broken. It just recently got an update for it a few weeks ago. The app works fine on my phone. It must be a problem with your phone or your phone network.

    why can't the Xbox s app work in continuum mode for windows phone? The app is grayed out and does not go into an desktop version of the app. Why does the Xbox app not work but Instagram, edge, photos, Groove music, and other apps work?

    Can you try accessing the Xbox app from your mobile phone just to check if it works? I don't think the update would ruin the app since there has been no reports about this.
    well it works fine in mobile phone although it doesn't give me all games that i own, i guess that's because the xbox app in mobile phone doesn't support Egypt Region and i think it supports xbox console only not the PC App
