Xbox app on PC won't sign in

Hmm, odd one. Check and see if there is an update for the app?

Check the Store app for any updates. Right click on the Xbox beta app and select more, then App Settings, then here you can repair and reset the Xbox app. You won't have to reinstall the games, this will just reset the app. Also try signing out of all
Xbox apps on your PC and then sign back in to each one.

Are you using PC or Xbox? If using PC, try signing out of the xbox app then sign in again. If that won't work, try reinstalling it using a uninstaller program or "Apps & features" in windows settings. If you're using Xbox, try signing out of the xbox using this link I sent. my jigsaw app says something about no longer available. Tried following instructions, won't let me sign in . Microsoft account says I'm signedin and xbox says I'm signed what's the deal ? Worked before the last update to my pc.

Sorry to hear about the trouble here, however, you may want to try signing out and signing in again on the Xbox app. Also, ensure that you're signed in using the same Microsoft account on the Microsoft Store app.

Go to your PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates

If it has, check your Microsoft store app > Library > Get Updates and ensure that your apps are up to date.

If it still won't work, try to repair your Xbox app, Gaming Services app and Microsoft store app, by going to your PC settings > Apps > Installed apps > click the 3 dots > Advance options > Repair and do this to the other apps I've listed > Restart your PC.
