Xbox App on PC won't let me install AoE DE

I have Gamepass and have installed other games in the past, but when I click the "Install" button for AoE DE it quickly goes to 0% Download, to 0% Installed, then quickly back to the old red "Install" button with no error message.

Should I reinstall the xbox app on my pc?

Any tips on how to install AoE DE?

I just updated Windows to version 1909 but still having the same problems, but just with AoE DE

Here is a screenshot of me installing Dead Cells with AoE in the queue, but then it disappears right when it's supposed to start installing.

Have you checked to see if there any updates to the app or Windows available for you?

Hi first try see if you have permission to record in unity where you trying make the install, if you have and you have free space to make the install, then you try reinstall the Xbox(Beta) or search for update.

The Xbox(Beta) is a test version yet

Thanks for the quick response. I reinstalled the Xbox app and got one step further where I could select the hard drive. I have enough space, but still have the same problem where it acts like it's installing for 1 sec then goes back to the regular install
button.

Can you elaborate on getting "permission to record in unity"? I don't understand how to do that.

It may not be available in your region. It gives me the option to buy or install. Have you tried other devices by chance?

Yes I tried other devices.

Would be unfortunate if it's not available in my region in the Xbox app, as it's available on steam, and AOE DE is available too.
