    Good afternoon, I recently renewed my XBOX pass to check out some games. the last time I used it was around 4 months ago. Now every day My account fails to login and the only thing I can do to get my Xbox app to sign in is to go to the AppData folder browse
    to the TokenBroker folder and delete the two folders in this folder to get signed int. I have removed the XBOX app and reinstalled it multiple times and that never fixes the issue. I have to delete these 2 folders at least 2 times a day to signed in. It's
    very annoying and MY beta version never had issues now it looks to be not beta anymore(Maybe it is but it doesn't say beta) and all I have are issues. plus some of the games I am playing the save files stop working and I Have to uninstall the game and reinstall
    it to get my save to work again. SOMEONE FIX THIS PLEASE or tell me how to stop it from happening. I Never have issues like with steam, origin or epic store. Microsoft your games store Xbox app is **** sorry but all the wired **** you are doing to put the
    files in all these bizarre subfolders. I also have issues creating game profiles for my Mouse as I need to tell it the location of the games exe and so far none of the XBOX games I download have an exe specifically for it just some weird link that's not usable
    by my programs. get with it Microsoft stop trying to reinvent the wheel and just make stuff work for everyone in every situation. stop trying to take over the world!!!

    log into their account on pc, open the xbox app, sign them out of the xbox app and sign in with your account, download a game, if already installed on the other account it will be instant, sign out of the xbox app and back in with their account, play the game, have done this myself for my kids and my alt account on the same pc without issue (so far).

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue signing in. Here is a guide for

    signing into the Xbox app    . Try power cycling the PC also. Shut the PC completely down wait a few minutes then turn it back on.

    yes, just sign her out of her xbox app on her pc, sign in with your account, download the game and once done sign out of the xbox app on her pc and sign in with her account, she can play that game with you. there is only one game i ever had issues with was sea of thieves with a licence conflict, apart from that it has worked for years now.
