    Hi there,

    So basically, the problem I am experiencing is when I'm trying to install games such as "human fall flat" on my friends PC, but not being able to, as it shows a pop up for me to choose a drive, with additional instruction saying "change your install options in Profile > Settings > General. Which I'm able to do on my own PC, as it has the option to choose specific folders on my drive (where all my games are saved into a folder called "XboxGames". But for unknown reasons, the options to choose specific folders does not show up on my friends PC, therefore there is no way to download games which requires specific folder (which is 90% of the Xbox pass games, with exception such as Sea of Thieves which does not require specific folder for installation.) No idea how to fix this problem, tried resetting, restarting, powershell downloading gaming services, everything is up to date. Please do let me know if anyone know how to fix this problem.

    Have you tried to look for that code online?

    Check your firewall to see if is not blocking that app.

    It was set to default, until the problem occurred so I followed some forums on the internet and gave access to everyone to fix the issue but still no luck, and I need to format my drives again now
