Xbox app on Pc not working properly

Kindly check if you can install your games using MS store app. Please press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

Then open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in and try installing your game again.

Sorry to hear it. If the app is not working properly with the PC then it may not be an issue with the app itself but with the build of your PC. Perhaps there's something there that doesn't agree with the app and will not allow it to work. I would suggest
starting with the sound and video set up to see if there's anything there.

Yes @Y2Cra My Smartglass and Xbox APP on PC are affected as well.. None of the Activity Feeds are working properly on either platform.. Still waiting for an official response

hey, its the Microsoft Xbox Series Controller black, i also seen the troubleshoot topics with no success,and the comments on the post are one of the first things i tried its been 7-8 hours so far that i try to solve this problem,thanks for your answer tough

Hi, may I ask what controller you are using? The Xbox Series X controller or just a basic controller? Try checking the comments on this post to see if it would help you. I also recommend checking the Xbox support solutions. It is for the wireless controllers but it might have something that could help with this issue.
