    Can anyone help? The Xbox app on my PC has suddenly stopped generating images (see below) and won't let me sign in. Tried uninstall and reinstall, but no change? Thanks for any suggestions.

    Hello, DJA. Are you still there? Haven't noticed that I have the same issue on my end and what I did is start the services for any Xbox related on the app. Please follow the steps below:

    Search "Services" then enter scroll down, you will see for options that start with Xbox, kindly right click then start all the programs.

    After that quit and re-launch Xbox App.

    Francia, Hi. Thanks for your message. I have tried your suggestion (again) and still have a problem. The Xbox screen still has no images, just grey boxes, which means that Store functionality doesn't work. I don't seem to be able to sign in (?), but I can start 2 previously downloaded games from the bar on the left, even though I can't actually see the thumbnails for them!
