Xbox app on PC keeps logging me out

I can't use any Game Pass games on my profile (which is admin) on my PC running Win 10 because whenever I start the Xbox App, it briefly shows my gamer tag as logged in, then it goes back to "sign in". If you click on the button, nothing happens. Other users on the PC aren't affected and can use the Xbox app / games fine.

I've tried resetting, repairing and then un and reinstalling the Xbox app, resetting Microsoft Store, restarting all the Gaming and Xbox services. Same problem every time. The fact it doesn't affect other users on the PC, though, presumably means it must somehow be an issue with my particular account?

Hello Bf206, this is really strange because your account as an Admin should enter the Xbox App without any problems.

Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

Updates are often seen as optional.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update, and make all subsequent security updates.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Sorry to hear it. Please try the following steps to see if it helps.

1. Delete the beta app

2. Open the Xbox Console Companion (Xbox App)

3. Sign out

4. Sign back in

5. Redownload the beta app

Hopefully this will fix it for you

Just log out, restart and log in again. Keep in mind that the PC Win app is still in beta and issues like these might occur.

Please try the everything in the following order: delete your profile (profile only), clear system cache (3
times) in a row, restart your console (important), download your profile again.

Note: If you can't delete your profile, please turn off your console, remove the storage device, and then plug it back in and start the console.
