    xbox app on pc keeps disconnecting me


    So every time I vc in the Xbox chat with my school friends it disconnects me after about 5 or 10 mins and it still shows I'm in the party for a few seconds so i rejoin and it happens again can you help? please

    Hey ,

    Is it just you and your friend, who keeps disconnecting, in the party or are there other people? Resetting the app could alleviate the problem, they could try restarting their Xbox or inviting you to a party and that might solve the issue as they would then
    be the host.
    Sorry let me rephrase that, the person who disconnects is on xbox not me. Eg all four people in an xbox party we have no issues, I go on the companion app on PC this person in the xbox party and only this person disconnects after about 10 mins everytime.

    Xbox App on PC will not keep me logged in.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try the following steps to see if it helps.

    1. Delete the beta app

    2. Open the Xbox Console Companion (Xbox App)

    3. Sign out

    4. Sign back in

    5. Redownload the beta app

    Hopefully this will fix it for you
