Xbox App on PC having several functions not working for MONTHS

Hello I am posting this and asking if anyone could share some light with this issue, as I am tired of waiting for any updates etc.

My issues with the app are following:

-Perks have NEVER functioned, it always tells me the same message 'Sorry, we are having trouble showing Perks right now. Try again a little later.' Yeah well this little later has been an issue since December when I began using the app. Only 4 months in now.

-Cloud gaming quit functioning. Since January I have not been able to boot up games via cloud service and it fails to load the recent played games on cloud. Note the issue only persists on PC app. On mobile or my Xbox One they function normally, just that my desktop nor my laptop can utilize this function anymore.

I have been gamepass ultimate subscriber for a good while now, since last September or so with couple months here and there prior.

I have tried using a VPN. No luck. I have tried resetting and reinstalling the Xbox app. I have rebooted my laptop to factory default settings. None of these issues were solved doing these actions.

I would like any suggestions to try.

What I am available to use is wired or wireless connection (using neither makes a difference with this issue). I can connect to VPN but this doesn't help the issue either. And using mobile hotspot to use my phones service provider which is different than the provider where my modem gets internet from and this doesn't solve it either. Everything I try to use I am met with same issues on two separate PC devices.

We appreciate the screenshots you have shared as it is visible that it is happening to Xbox app and the affected feature are Cloud Gaming and Perks. May we ask if you can try to switch to mobile data hotspot or different internet connection?

Hello, yes sorry I have been busy with other things.

I did all mentioned in March 19th post made by you. Didn't work and I am going to give up and just assume PC app either gets fixed with an update or it won't and not look back anymore.

Frustrating spending so much time on something that shouldn't be an issue and I no longer prefer to do so.
