xbox app on pc crashes during launch

ive recently swapped out my old 250 ssd and a 1tb hdd. i already had 1 1tb ssd, so now i have 3 1tb ssd total. i cloned the drive my operating system was on and thats still my launch priority drive. steps ive taken so far to try and get the app to work. step 1 check for update in the store. step 2 check integrity of the files. no problems detected. step 3 repair files and clear entire cache. nothing. step 4 uninstall completely power down computer reinstall . still nothing. even went into the windows 10 trouble shooter and still no issues found. im at loss here.

so when im trying to launch the app i am watching what it does in task manager. so when i click it it comes up in the apps section but when it looks like its crashes it moves the same processes under "background processes". it shows it using the xbox runtime broker and the xbox app full trust com server.

it appears to crash while still in the black screen with the logo and no message. i did notice a background process for xbox that shared the same logo for the app. so now idk if its actually crashes or being forced into a background process.

i did the inplace upgrade with no change.

tried the sfc tool with no results
