    Hey guys so Ive been having this problem recently. I use the xbox app on my Windows 10 PC to stream my xbox gameplay. But when my controller is connected to the computer (no matter what wire or wireless adapter or port) my controller will randomly while
    playing become unresponsive. My character will just run around in circles and the only way to reset it is to turn off and on the stream. I have done every single bit of trouble shooting i can find if anyone can help me id really appreciate.

    Closing and reopening xbox app causes freeze

    When using the xbox app on windows 10 to stream my xbox one to my PC, if I close the app and reopen and connect to my xbox, all my controllers cannot connect/reconnect.

    I'm forced to shut off my xbox and turn it back on.

    I've had this issue with both a wired controller connected to my PC and a wireless controller connected directly to my xbox one.

    I've only started having this issue recently,

    Xbox App Streaming Controller Stops Responding

    Hey Hammer! Using a standard XO controller, has an audio jack, no idea if its 3.5mm.. I use this controller on PC games without any connectivity issues, it's isolated in Xbox App Steaming. I'll find another controller to test. Downloaded the Xbox Beta
    app, and it does the same thing through that streaming too, I've also submitted feedback on the issue as requested.

    Hey TheLOSTJoker23! Does the controller disconnect or power off when this behavior occurs? Does it occur if you connect the controller to the console while streaming? Do you ever get any error messages or codes? Post back and let us know!

    No error message the controller does not turn off, just randomly becomes unresponsive.

    Good evening

    Resetting the controller can sometimes fix communication issues between the controller and the PC. To reset the controller, use a small pin or paperclip to press the small button on the back of the controller near the USB port. Hold the button for a few seconds until the Xbox button starts flashing, then release it. Try to update the controller again and see if the loop is resolved.

    Try a different USB cable, a faulty USB cable can sometimes cause communication issues between the controller and the PC, so try using a different cable to connect the controller to your PC.

    Sometimes an app can get stuck in a loop, and uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox Accessories app can sometimes fix the issue. You can do this by going to the Start menu, searching for "Apps & features," finding the Xbox Accessories app, and selecting "Uninstall." Then, reinstall the app from the Microsoft Store.
