Xbox App on my phone says I can’t access anything due to a problem with my privacy settings. Help!

Child to Adult

Hi,

I’m a little confused on something, i used my dads account to change my account into an adult (with his permission) and now I can’t even go on the Xbox app and change my profile picture and it says I’ve done something bad??

There’s another thing that whenever I press on my current profile pic on the app it says I don’t have access when I did have access before and I didn’t change anything in my privacy settings.

Anyone know any solutions cause it’s so fustrating

 

Xbox live settings won’t allow multiplayer

So I have a One S. I open Minecraft to play local LAN or multiplayer game, but it says I cannot due to how my account is set up. It says to change it on my Privacy settings on my account. I go on my account and all the settings For Xbox one are on ALLOW,
including “join multiplayer games”. Well just to make sure I turn the setting off and on again. I still can’t join multiplayer. Any help?
