Xbox App on iPhone

So I’ve been having this problem for about a week now where i can open the app on my iphone but i can’t open messages or save videos or any other interaction. i can see who is online and i still get notifications but i am unable to do anything. I have
already tried deleting and redownloading the app about 6 times and resetting my phone. Ive also logged out and back into my account on the app but nothing ive tried seems to work.
