XBox App on IOS wont work

Thanks for updating us with your reply! If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting solutions available from the Microsoft Casual Games support page in relation to issues on iOS: Microsoft
Solitaire Collection for iOS Support.

Additionally, if the troubleshooting is still not giving you the desired results, I'd further recommend trying the solutions that are available on Apple's support page for this: https://support.apple.com/HT207165.
It also may be worthwhile to see if your iPhone or iPad require a system update as well, just in case.

Give these a try and let us know how it turns out!

I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall both 10-12 times now with no success. Both apps are up to date:

IPhone Version:

12.4

Xbox App Version: 1906.625.1605

Solitaire App Version:

4.3.1

I even uninstalled, restarted my phone., and installed both apps with no luck

i have been researching the issue for the weeks now and actually have clicked on both the links you provided previously and went through the steps.

My Iphone is up to date and cannot be updated further.

All other apps work. Only these 2 apps wont work. They open but will not allow me to login. My assumption is its Xbox profile related. The apps dont like me login in with microsoft.

Are your Apps up to date? Cause I'm running iOS13 public beta 2 on an iPhone 7 Plus and have no problems. Also have no problems on my iPad Mini 2 running iOS12.4.
