    Xbox app on ios won't load messages


    Xbox app updated to 1612.1213.1222 and now does not load my messages. I get the spinning wheel. Once this happens the other buttons don't work. (I can't get to the other sections of the app) It just has a black screen with the icons at the top. I have an
    iphone 7 running ios 10.2. I have also deleted the app and restarted, then reinstalled. Had the same problem. Any ideas?

    Is the only way to get her Arkham skin from that iOS app? I don't own one and the app won't load on friends IPad.

    Xbox App Problems

    Ever since the last update for the Xbox App on iOS the app's been having a bunch of problems. First and foremost, my message won't load which is frustrating because they used to work and now they don't. Please fix this whoever the app's programmers are.

    Xbox.com Messages just spinning

    Right now, loading it up with Edge and Firefox on my Windows 10 PC is normal. The Xbox app, however, is stuck with a spinning icon while it endlessly tries to load my messages.

    Trying open it with Safari (with macOS) and Mobile Safari (on iOS) right now is greyed out with the spinning icon like you. The Xbox app on iOS, however, loads messages just fine.

    Really have no clue what factors are causing this. What a strange, inverse scenario I'm experiencing here...

    Xbox (beta) Administrator approval required for installation.

    I can’t sign into my Xbox app (IOS), when I input my account and details it goes onto a loading screen the a message saying “Sorry something went wrong. Give it another try, or try using Xbox.com”.

    I’ve tryed redownloading the app multiple times, I’m able to sign in on xbox.com but it keeps giving me the same message. PLEASE HELP.

    Also, as stated before, I can send messages on my Xbox One just fine.

    This morning I logged into the Xbox app with a separate gamertag, and the messages won't load on that gamertag either.

    I then logged into that separate gamertag and went to Xbox.com, and the messages loaded.

    Hot. Mess.

    So i use the IOS app and my messages wont load, they load perfectly fine on my xbox, but it shows i got no notifications when i try my app, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, restarting it, logging out and logging back it, and a few other

    So i did research and it turns out that this has been going on for a while, but i dont know the solution to fix it :/
