    Xbox App not working with PC Game Pass


    My Xbox App does not load PC Game Pass games and does not show my already installed games. I have tried re-logging, re-installing, repairing, and resetting the app and I even used another PC to login on the Xbox app but the issue still persists. On the app, it shows I am subscribed to PC Game Pass but when i go to view the PC Game Pass catalog, It displays "No results found". Also, I tried to visit the Xbox support website to fix my issue but the website is stuck on loading. This has been going on for a week and I cannot access my PC Game Pass subscription. Is there any way to fix this?

    I'm also having the same issue, I've tried both PC and IOS Game pass app and xbox app and neither work. I use the IOS Game Pass and Xbox App.

    How can I unlock the game pass quests from having a padlock on them?

    I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

    • Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
    • Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
    • Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.

    You can either download the game pass for PC or the Game Pass app on your phone. I downloaded the app on my phone and that's how I redeemed mine and then just logged into the PC and it worked for me.
