Xbox app not working at all from Microsoft Store

So apparently the Xbox app from the Microsoft Store won't work for any reason. Tried sfc, nothing, even disabled virus, nothing. Even resetting WiFi solved nothing so the issue is clearly on Microsoft's end and the issue hasn't been fixed at all. How and why this issue hasn't been fixed by Microsoft themselves is beyond me. Here is the screenshot and you'll see what I mean:

Hi, where are you physically located?
Your PC region and Microsoft account region are the same as your physical location?

This can be a bit dumb, but can you double check if everything in your system is up to date?

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update
Click Check for Updates

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

If everything looks good, do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open. Then try installing the Xbox app again

If maybe that doesn't work, please try installing the app using the .exe installer

Works fine for me, my sons, my friends so clearly not a Microsoft issue as only a few having issues, must be your pc or network.

Both my PC and network are fine, and I even reset the MS Store with no success. So I doubt my PC or my network has any issues. It's the store itself that refuses to download the Xbox app no matter what I do.

Well, I'm afraid this error popped up when I tried the .exe installer. Maybe make the installer app supported for US territories? Here's the screenshot:
