    Xbox app not showing recent players


    Hi There,

    I was playing Sea of Thieves and ran into some people that were using hacks and cheats. I went into the xbox app and selected "recent players" so that I could right click and report them, but to my surprise the only names that showed up were still just
    the people I have on my friends list. Having the ability to see all previous players I encountered would be helpful in narrowing down cheaters and also adding friends that I meet in passing but forgot to perform the "make friends" emoji.

    Is Rare looking into the issue of players using hacks and cheats? It's a great game and I would hate to see it become toxic.

    Elder Scrolls Online and Recent Players List

    I got Elder Scrolls Online yesterday and when I checked my Friends List app on Xbox 1's Dashboard, it DOESN'T show the players who I've recently played with from yesterday or today. I've tried refreshing the Friends List app and hard resetting my console
    and the Recent Players list in Friends App on Xbox 1 doesn't show the players (recent players I've met) for Elder Scrolls Online. Does anyone know why? The Recent Players list shows recent players I met in all other games. Since I got the game (disc version)
    yesterday, I've heard and seen at least 30 people in the game, yet they're not showing up in the recent players list on the Dashboard. PS I'm from NZ.

    Recent players not showing up

    I am trying to give negative feedback on a player and to my surprise, I see that I show only recent players from 3 days ago. This is not acceptable.

    WTF is going on with my system and how do I fix it?

    Yes, it is the correct section...could also have been placed in "Friends and social activity"

    Hello Tommynoob , you are referring to App on PC, it changed after some update, you are part of some Insider ring and also, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10.

    Thanks for the replies. Yes, as Nursemorph posted, I placed this in the mobile section because it's a noticeable issue with the iOS mobile app. Hopefully this is the correct section for such an issue.

    As the poster has posted this in the mobile section of the forum, I would suggest they are talking about the mobile Xbox App not the PC one, especially when they say "find them in chats on phone app".

    In the Friends app, you can see recent players (previously, by selecting that option on the left and after the recent update you have to click the bar at the top of your friends list and select recent players).

    Have you checked here (or on Smartglass)?

    If they're not there, it could just be that NBA 2K14 does not show up. I know that EA games (except Titanfall) generally do not show up in that list, for some reason. If it's only NBA 2K14 affected, that is probably the reason.
