Xbox app not showing me which games I do or don't own.

Apologies if it wasn't clear in my post somehow, but they are not in the ready to install section of the game itself, or the games and apps menu. They don't even show as free in the xbox store, only on the microsoft website, despite me owning them. I've
even tried pushing the download from the xbox app on my laptop (where they show as owned), as soon as I do my xbox says “you need to install the game or app for this”

Their achievements appear because these games - which Microsoft sells on Steam - can use Xbox accounts and support Xbox achievements. They don't show as owned on the Xbox App, because you bought these games on the Steam Platform, not the Windows 10 Store.

I have requested chat support and after several operations and a pair of reboots it ended with me having to install the game directly from the GWG section. As my internet connection is very slow I do have to contact them once again its installed if its
not solved by then.

Meanwhile, I've tried the Xbox App just in case, and, don't ask me why, this time the 'Get' button was there. I clicked it and finally the game is shown as bought on the app.

On the console store now it's shown as "Gotten" on the GWG section tile, although entering the game profile it's still showing Free+ and not showing the 'Buy to own' button. I'd prefer it was shown the way it should (I've talked with friends who have both
Gold and EA Access, but they have it right, game "gotten" and Buy to own button showing. They have Xbox One and Xbox One S but not Xbox One X as I do, although I don't expect it has nothing to do with it) but I don't want to waste more time on this.

While talking with support, they perform an EA Access 'reset' or 'refresh' (sorry, I don't remember the exact term they used) on my account, which I'm wild guessing it was the one unblocking the 'Get' button on the Xbox App. So give it a try as it will save
you a pair of reboots and some time as well in case this is it.

Do you have the Xbox app? If yes, go into the Xbox app and click on profile then click on games you own then click on the game you purchased and choose the console you want to download it to.

If you don't find it there, use the search button on the app to search for the game title. It'll show up for sure.
