Xbox App not showing Friends & Clubs anymore

Hi All,

Since the last 3 xbox app updates I can no longer see my friends, clubs lists etc anymore I get two error messages that say refresh or invalid pointer. I have tried every trouble shooting steps known to mankind without no solution. Then came my
darkest hour when I lost all hope and decided to completely reformat my windows 10 pc with a clean install. After that launched the app and it was an older version but it worked fine..... But since everything auto updates as soon as the latest version installs
same problem occurs I can no longer see my friends or clubs list. Spoke to Xbox chat support over the net & was told just be patient and it will eventually fix itself..... Can somebody please help me fix this please I know other users have the same problem

Not sure if this means anything to anybody but when I've tried the Xbox Beta App it says "Invalid Pointer" instead of "Something went wrong" below the we can't show your friends message.

I already have in the screen shot in my post above????? Also when I sign in as my wife's profile it works perfectly fine so it must have something to do with my profile on Xbox's end please help..

In my above post I have included two screen shots of the two error messages I get but it doesn't provide any codes just text only.

Thank you for your reply, we cannot open the screenshot that was included on the first post. We strongly suggest that you contact our Xbox Chat Support and file an escalation for profile investigation.

 

It has something to do with the clubs settings I joined a club from my xbox one and once I was accepted into a club I could now see my friends list again

 

Fixed it I jumped onto my Xbox one searched for a Club and requested to join it. Once I was accepted in jumped on the xbox app and all my friends and clubs worked and I didn't change any settings.... Must be a bug in the clubs
