Xbox App not showing captures off my Xbox Series X

I am having an issue where my captures are not uploading to the xbox app, i can see the captures on the series x but all of a sudden they stopped automactically uploading to the app and i cant seem to find a solution to this issue, is this more common than i think? Is it a known issue and a patch on the way?
