Xbox app not showing all installed games

Xbox app not showing all installed games, i have gamepass ultimate, you could usually scroll through all of them, I have 2 machines with the same issue, only showing 7 games on both, usually the most recent or the ones that updated. My library shows all of them but it's a hassle to browse.

If you were referring to the list of the games on the side of the Xbox app, please note that not all games may be visible on that list which is why you can use the My Library tab instead, and from there you can use filter > availability > installed. If you prefer the list to be compact, unfortunately, I don't think that would be possible. In this case, you can leave your feedback as always using the Feedback Hub app.

Install the Xbox app on your PC, all the games that show up there can be played on the PC.

I have the same issue.

The companion xbox console app shows all my games but the xbox app doesn't show my list of games.

Under settings and General it says ' There was a problem loading installation locations. Try again.

This issue only happened yesterday.

Mayne error with the app?

Go to the My Games & Apps App on your Xbox One and scroll to the right. It will show all of the Xbox 360 games that are eligible for installation.

If it doesn't show the game under the My Games & Apps, do a hard reset on your console (hold the power down on your console until it completely shuts off).
