    Every time I try opening the xbox app, it shows the loading screen shown in the screenshot below then closes, tried everything I could find but nothing has fixed it

    Actually no. You are getting the "Teredo is unable to qualify" error. May I know if you are running Windows 10 Pro, Home, Enterprise, etc?

    In this case, please try to reset the Xbox app and try to open it after performing a clean boot on your computer to see if any third party software is conflicting with it:

    - Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

    Then, the clean boot:

    done all except since it was saying "netsh isatap reset all" is not a command, its now changed to the server connection being connected instead of blocked but teredo is still unable to qualify when reloading the xbox networking settings, and as usual the xbox app still not loading
