xbox app not loading at all

when i open the xbox app on my laptop it doesn't load at all, it shows the loading screen but it will not go any further

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Since downloading the app for the third time I now can't load any game or any other app at all. Everything stalls and the Xbox will allow u to move around the home area but yeh nothing will load. Very annoyed.

It most likely wont be that easy as the 360 was all integrated as one unified system but the xbox one is driven by apps, apps and more apps, they would need to tie in all the apps to get all the information for this site, that would cause loading delays
all the time. port the 360 ui over to xbox one and everything will work how it used to.

i dont even load any of the xbox apps on pc, all my games are installed via the store and are visible in the start menu, you dont need the xbox apps for anything.

Mine does this *all* the time, literally every day lol. >.< If I try to view a profile, loading.... If I try to view Friends, loading... And especially when I try to view notifications or messages, loading and loading and loading forever and never loads
90% of the time lol.

All that I can do is force the app to stop running, so for me I go into my app Settings and find the Xbox app, select "Force Stop" and then try to load it fresh again and try again. Sometimes, this works and will make things load. Sometimes, it doesn't work
and I still get a never ending loading screen. I get regular error messages a lot too with mine. It just seems buggy and unless it's fixed/patched by Microsoft, I think the problems are here to stay, for me anyway lol. This has been going on for about a year
