Xbox App Not Letting Me Upload Custom Pic

Is anybody else experiencing this? The app has been giving me an error message for over a day now. Says "can't upload the picture right now. Try again in a little while".

Is there another way to upload a custom picture?

EDIT: tried uploading a pic through a USB device. Same thing.

yeah, i did that. but im also having the same problem with the xbox itself.

i got a couple of friends to change their picture as well, but it does not work for them either.

Have you tryed delet the app then redownload it i hsve has this problam before in till i delet it then re download it but if this dose not work contact xbox support here support.xbox.com/contact-us

What is the point of disabling custom gamer pics? How is it supposed to help with having a better experience on the platform? If anything its quite agitating not being able to change it because you’re stuck with one you have now and if you want to change
it, you can’t no matter what you do. Is it some sort of way to limit data temporarily due to the big increase in numbers on the platform or what? I’m just confused on why and would like to change my gamer pic aswell.
