Xbox app not letting me sign in

Please try this to see if that does the trick:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and give it a new try

Hi I just got a new pc and I can't sign into my xbox app. It keeps signing me into a different account that I never seen before and when I sign out and try signing back in it auto signs me into that account again. I have deleted the app and reset it as well and nothing helps . I'm also signed into the Microsoft app store, and email with the right account its just the app that don't wont. Is there anything I can do?

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Check for Multiple Microsoft Accounts: Make sure you don't have multiple Microsoft accounts associated with your PC. Sometimes, multiple accounts can cause confusion when signing in. You can check this by going to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Email & accounts" on your Windows PC.
   
2. Sign Out of the Incorrect Account: If the Xbox app keeps signing you into the wrong account, try signing out of that account first. Open the Xbox app, click on your profile picture in the upper left corner, and then click on "Sign out." After signing out, close the Xbox app completely.

1.On the desktop, simultaneously press Windows + R keys to open Run;

2. In run, type cleanmgr and click OK to open Disk Cleanup;

3. In the Disk Cleanup window, select the C: drive (if prompted) and click OK;

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes of the presented files and click Clean System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the unchecked checkboxes again and click OK>Delete Files.

Yes i have multiple times. I’ve also tried restarting my phone and quitting the app
