Xbox app not letting me download stuff.

The Xbox app randomly stopped finding files so i needed to do it again. Problem is, i cant. I keep getting an error that says "You cant set your default install location to that folder." I've tried everything but nothing works.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! ID like to get some clarification on your issue before recommending any troubleshooting steps. Are you having trouble downloading games or having trouble setting your desired installation drive?

Try killing your internet connection and hard boot your console. Wait for it to come all the way up to the home screen and then log in and turn your internet on. This worked for me, but still can't download some things. Other updates did start up though.
