Xbox App Not Letting Me Buy Games

Then why would it advertise? I am in Canada for a while, but they shouldn't advertise a product that I can't get. The person that I chatted with last night gave me this link and said that you were who I needed to speak with. I just want the product that
was advertised for the price that was advertised. I'm starting to get upset at being passed around from place to place to get a $7.50 game.

The game is available in Canada and the US. So it would still show it to you. But if the game is region locked, then you can't download it unless your account region matches your physical location. You can purchase it on the website and download it when
you go back to the US or if you're going to be in Canada for a while, you could migrate your region. However, you'd want to carefully read everything about region migration before choosing that option -

support.xbox.com/.../change-region

This is the wrong forum since this is not a rewards program issue. However, that code usually means it's a region issue. If your account region and physical location don't match, it won't let you buy the game. Or if you live in a non-supported region or
region where the game has not been made available, it won't let you buy the game.
