Xbox app not launching games windows 11

You won't find them on the app. You would need to download the Games for Windows app again, and launch the game from there. Good luck getting the app to work, as many users are stating they can't get it to work on Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Suggestion One - Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter. You can do so by following the steps under the "Windows 11" tab on this page: Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

Suggestion Two - Check for Windows updates. You will want to ensure that you have the latest updates available. This sometimes resolves similar issues.

So I upgraded to windows 11 and the xbox app still doesnt work, just starts to launch and still just pulses.

I'm afraid if you want to download games directly, you'll need to use the app. The Xbox App is perfectly safe to use. Windows 11 even has it built in.

You only need to use the app to download games. It does not need to running to launch the games installed using it.
